Todd has mixed feelings about working from home. On the one hand, the bicycle commute was keeping him sane and healthy, but also he now gets to spend a lot more time with his kids, which he appreciates. Having remote meetings for his government work is more equitable to those who couldn't normally travel to or pay to park in downtown Seattle, which he sees as a benefit.

Taking advantage of the remote working, he and his family have moved several times over the past two years, settling for now on Whidbey Island.
